ingredients:
1 c spinach
1 c coconut water
1 banana
juice from 1 lemon
blend together
* Add some mango or strawberries to make it a little sweeter.
This is our most frequently made one. The more fruit that is added to the smoothie the sweeter it is but also you will get a blood sugar spike. Try mixing different vegetables with proteins and fats.
